Mon Oeil


The Mon Oeil exhibition at the Centre Pompidou this month, which provides a creative way of engaging the kids in the work of five artists. The kids’ guide is a character, an ‘eye’ (pictured above), which brings the art to life for them in an inventive way.

There is also a new web-series of the Center Pompidou “Mon oeil” specially designed for children aged 5 and over, available free on the tablet, smartphone and computer through the Center Pompidou site. This weekly program of about ten minutes offers a series of short videos and animations around a wide range of themes: The emblematic seating of design, the fundamentals of creation (point, line, form …), video works by contemporary artists …. “My eye” is an opportunity for children to discover the works of the Center Pompidou collection in an entertaining way. Just open your eyes!
